Terms and conditions
By registering for a Stryker training, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding participation, cancellation, certification, and use of materials.
- INSCRIPTIONS & ADMISSION 1.1 Stryker reserves the right to decline any applicant for training. 1.2 Registration is only confirmed after written approval from the Stryker Medical Training team. 1.3 Participation is limited to the available number of seats for each training session.
- TRAINING & CERTIFICATION 2.1 Stryker reserves the right to change the time, date, or location of the training. 2.2 Training materials and participation certificates are included in the training fee. 2.3 Training content may be updated to reflect new developments or technologies. 2.4 Some trainings may require successful completion of an assessment in order to receive a certificate of participation.
- PRICING & PAYMENT 3.1 The training fee covers the cost of the training location (if held at Stryker facilities), training materials, use of devices, certificate issuance, and any related online assessments. If the training is delivered at a customer location, the customer is responsible for covering all location-related costs.
- CANCELLATION 4.1 Stryker reserves the right to cancel any training session due to insufficient enrollment or other circumstances (e.g., logistical issues). Participants who are already confirmed will be notified at least 1 week prior to the scheduled start date. 4.2 Participants must cancel in writing at least 2 weeks before the training start date. 4.3 Late cancellations (less than 2 weeks prior) will be invoiced for the full training fee.
- CONFIDENTIALITY & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY 5.1 All training materials and content remain the intellectual property of Stryker. 5.2 No materials may be copied, reproduced, or shared (in visual, written, printed, or oral form) without prior written approval from Stryker.
- MISCELLANEOUS 6.1 Force Majeure: In cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, war, terrorism), obligations from both parties may be voided without penalty. 6.2 Participation in this training does not transfer any medical or regulatory responsibilities from the participant to Stryker. 6.3 Governing Law: Any legal disputes arising from this training are subject to the laws of the Netherlands.
